Dr Aimee Hobbs brings a deep passion for health, movement, and whole-body healing to her work as a chiropractor. Her journey began in the world of competitive ballet, where a personal injury first introduced her to the transformative benefits of chiropractic care—not only for pain relief, but for energy, focus, and nervous system balance.

That experience changed her life—and inspired her to help others feel the same.

From Performance to Purpose

Aimee completed her Bachelor of Chiropractic at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, following a Diploma in Applied Science. She has additional training in Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Applied Kinesiology, and continues to expand her skillset through ongoing professional development.

Her care style is hands-on, holistic, and intuitive—tailored to support each patient’s nervous system, mobility, and long-term wellbeing.

Helping People Thrive

For Aimee, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing patients go beyond recovery to truly thrive. Whether she’s helping someone regain energy, relieve stress, or simply move more freely, her goal is to make every person feel heard, supported, and empowered to live their healthiest life.

Outside the Practice

Aimee is a big believer in walking her talk. She supports her own wellbeing with regular Pilates, nature walks, and time spent connecting with family and friends. Her calm, friendly presence makes her a grounding force in both her personal life and the Unwind clinic.

📅 Ready to feel more aligned, balanced, and supported? Dr Aimee Hobbs is here to help you get back to what you love.

Life Outside the Clinic

To maintain her own wellbeing, Dr Aimee enjoys walking, Pilates, and spending time with her family and friends. Her focus on balance in life is the same philosophy she brings to patient care.
