Your First Appointment

Your first visit includes:
  • A thorough consultation and full health history
  • Posture screening and movement assessments
  • Orthopaedic and neurological testing
  • Digital imaging (if clinically needed)
  • Your first chiropractic adjustment (if safe to do so)
You’ll also receive a follow-up visit with your personalised report of findings and care recommendations.

Your first two visits include:
  • Initial consultation
  • Full spinal assessment
  • Digital posture screen
  • First adjustment*
  • Second appointment with your results and care plan *Only performed if clinically appropriate. T&Cs apply.

What to Bring

  • Any relevant scans or reports (X-ray, MRI, etc.)
  • Your completed intake form (or arrive early to complete one)
  • Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
