Susan joins unwind health as a remedial massage therapist with 28 years’ experience in the Fitness and Health Industry. She was born in Middlesex, UK and moved to Australia in 1989.
Completing her Diploma of Health, Science and Massage in 2001 Susan then ran her own massage studio with around 100 clients. In 2003, she became the Group Fitness Manager for Fitness First, Wollongong and in 2006, moved to Melbourne and became the Regional Group Fitness Manager until the position was made redundant. Susan returned to Sydney in 2012.
Susan is a Personal Trainer with certificates in Personal Training III & IV. She runs a 10am Mums n Bubs Bootcamp at Como Pleasure Grounds on Mondays and 10am and 11am on Wednesdays and a Bootcamp at 6am on Mondays. Other groups fitness classes she teaches includes – Body Pump; CXWORX; RPM; Cycle; Yoga (Vinyasa) and Pilates. Susan is also trained in Aqua; Zumba and Body Attack and freestyle classes.
Susan’s passion is helping others to fulfil their fitness and health goals whilst avoiding or managing existing injuries. She teaches Pilates; Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga which all help the body to recover whilst adding flexibility and core strength to improve everyday wellbeing.
Through Remedial Massage and with experience in Sports and Trigger Point Therapy Susan is excited to help you with injuries and functional movements to improve your mobility and health.
